Failure to present a valid Cartão Pousadas (Hostelling International HI Membership) will invalidate the special conditions of this rate, namely the 10% discount and the flexibility to cancel up to 24 hours in advance, making it a Non-Refundable rate.
At check-in, if you do not have a valid Cartão Pousadas (Hostelling International HI Membership), an additional 10% fee will be charged. If you wish to cancel, there will be no refund.
